"I am calling leaving a message because I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with the wonderful, knowledgeable people you have working at your nursery and the good service that I received. First of all, I wanted to say that Robb gave us so much help when I was hunting for just the right tree, to replace a redbud, I didn't want another redbud and he was so knowledgeable and took so much time to help me figure out what I wanted which was a good size Chitalpa tree which I bought. Then we discovered after it was planted and it leafed out, we noticed that the tree was not a Chitalpa after all, but actually was a Chinese Pistache, it had apparently been mis-labeled. When I came back to your nursery to explain the situation, I spoke with Jason and Dave, they both listened to the story and were very knowledgeable and they took care of the problem promptly. I ended up buying an even larger tree but I love it! They were both very knowledgeable and I appreciate all the care and that when a error was made that your staff corrected it and still made me a very satisfied customer.
