Debate rages over whether or not the drought is over. Either way, conserving water, helping wildlife, and saving money are always good things to consider for any gardener and homeowner. Texas Parks and Wildlife has consolidated a ton of resources under a new website, The State of Water. Even if rain continues to fall, we should all be thinking about these issues.
